微型振動平臺振動源驅動分析解說
微型振動平臺振動源驅動分析解說,結合柔性鉸鏈機構的微型振動平臺,通過計算機設計控制電壓波形,對其進行三維振動控制。通過實驗證明,該機構具有良好的波形跟蹤性能,易于實現復雜控制波形,適用于微型機械的動態性能測試。
僅適用于大型機(ji)械(xie)的(de)測(ce)試實驗(yan),對(dui)于微(wei)型機(ji)械(xie)而言,目前為止,尚(shang)無理(li)想的(de)測(ce)試和實驗(yan)方(fang)法。本文研究了一種以(yi)壓(ya)電(dian)元件為驅(qu)動源,結合柔性鉸鏈機(ji)構的(de)微(wei)型三(san)支點(dian)振(zhen)動平臺,通過計算機(ji)設計和輸出電(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)形,控制(zhi)平臺的(de)三(san)維振(zhen)動特性,以(yi)適應不同測(ce)量對(dui)象的(de)測(ce)試要求。
微型振動平臺機(ji)(ji)械結構(gou)設(she)計,整個振(zhen)動(dong)臺(tai)由底座、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)元(yuan)件(jian)控制的(de)二級(ji)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian) 放(fang)(fang)大(da)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、圓柱柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、平臺(tai)四大(da)部分等組成。對(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)元(yuan)件(jian)施加(jia)以設(she)定波形的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)元(yuan)件(jian)隨之(zhi)伸長,經過柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian)連(lian)接的(de)二級(ji)杠(gang)桿放(fang)(fang)大(da)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)放(fang)(fang)大(da),在柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian)端部得(de)到一(yi)個輸出,經過圓柱柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)帶動(dong)平臺(tai)振(zhen)動(dong)。為(wei)了(le)盡量減(jian)小(xiao)平臺(tai)振(zhen)動(dong)時(shi)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)變形對(dui)(dui)(dui)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)的(de)影響,設(she)計和(he)加(jia)工了(le)圖示圓柱柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),使(shi)之(zhi)能(neng)自動(dong)對(dui)(dui)(dui)平臺(tai)的(de)橫(heng)向(xiang)微小(xiao)位移進行調整。柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)設(she)計根(gen)據柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian)轉(zhuan)角與力(li)矩之(zhi)間的(de)關(guan)系(xi)式(1)和(he)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)元(yuan)件(jian)電(dian)學量、力(li)學量之(zhi)間的(de)關(guan)系(xi)式(2),可以設(she)計出合理的(de)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian)位移放(fang)(fang)大(da)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)外(wai)加(jia)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian)和(he)振(zhen)動(dong)平臺(tai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)測試實驗柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鉸(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)鏈(lian)(lian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)測試拆去圖,結束語以上對(dui)(dui)(dui)標(biao)準壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)源的(de)自校準方法(fa)進行了(le)討論,筆者在研制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao)自動(dong)檢定系(xi)統時(shi),針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)(dui)所用壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)傳感(gan)器的(de)情況采(cai)(cai)用了(le)上述中(zhong)的(de)線性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)插值算法(fa),實現(xian)了(le)系(xi)統的(de)自校準功能(neng)。事(shi)實表(biao)明,儀(yi)(yi)器采(cai)(cai)用軟(ruan)件(jian)自校準,既方便快捷,又能(neng)提高儀(yi)(yi)器性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)價比。
