采用立(li)式(shi)振動電機作為(wei)激(ji)振源,激(ji)振力(li)可調(diao)。無機械(xie)傳動,能(neng)效高(gao),質量可靠,穩定性高(gao)。整(zheng)機封閉性能(neng)好,粉末(mo)不飛揚,在(zai)相同功耗(hao)的前提下,我(wo)廠振動平臺效果最好液體不泄露,可單(dan)、多層同時使用。
振動(dong)(dong)(dong)平臺主要(yao)是利用(yong)正極(ji)產生氧(yang)氣可在負極(ji)吸收達到氧(yang)循環,可防止(zhi)水(shui)分減少。鉛酸(suan)(suan)水(shui)電(dian)池大多應用(yong)在牽引(yin)車(che)、三(san)輪車(che)、汽車(che)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等,而免(mian)維護(hu)鉛酸(suan)(suan)蓄電(dian)池應用(yong)范(fan)圍(wei)更廣,包括(kuo)不間(jian)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)、電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力、電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)自行車(che)電(dian)池等。鉛酸(suan)(suan)蓄電(dian)池根(gen)據應用(yong)需(xu)要(yao)分為恒流放(fang)電(dian)(如 不間(jian)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan))和(he)瞬間(jian)放(fang)電(dian)(如 汽車(che)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)池)。震動(dong)(dong)(dong)篩在電(dian)石渣(zha)的過濾中起(qi)著重(zhong)要(yao)作用(yong)。
排(pai)氣式蓄電(dian)池的電(dian)極是(shi)(shi)由(you)鉛(qian)和(he)鉛(qian)的氧化物構成,電(dian)解液是(shi)(shi)硫酸(suan)的水溶液。主要優(you)點是(shi)(shi)電(dian)壓穩定、價(jia)格便宜;缺點是(shi)(shi)比能低(即每公斤蓄電(dian)池存(cun)儲的電(dian)能)、使用壽命短和(he)日常(chang)維護(hu)頻繁。
  篩網壽命長,可(ke)更換。目數(shu)可(ke)按需(xu)求安(an)裝(zhuang),篩分最細達500目(28μm),過濾最細達5μm。老(lao)式普通蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)一般(ban)壽命在2年左右,而且(qie)需(xu)定(ding)期檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)高(gao)度并添(tian)(tian)加(jia)蒸餾水(shui)。鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)最明顯的(de)特征是(shi)其頂部(bu)有可(ke)擰開的(de)塑料密封蓋,振動(dong)平(ping)臺上面還有通氣(qi)孔。這些注液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)蓋是(shi)用(yong)來加(jia)注純水(shui)、檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)和排放氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)之用(yong)。按照(zhao)理(li)論上說,鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)需(xu)要(yao)在每次保養(yang)時檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)密度和液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)面高(gao)度,如果有缺少需(xu)添(tian)(tian)加(jia)蒸餾水(shui)。但隨著蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)制造技術(shu)的(de)升級(ji),鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)發展為鉛(qian)酸(suan)免維(wei)護蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和膠體(ti)(ti)免維(wei)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)使用(yong)中無需(xu)添(tian)(tian)加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)或(huo)蒸餾水(shui)。
篩分(fen)(fen)精(jing)度(du)高、效率高,適用篩分(fen)(fen)過濾各種粉末(mo)、液體等物(wu)料。 鉛酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池的(de)電(dian)極(ji)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)由鉛及其(qi)氧化(hua)物(wu)制成,電(dian)解液是硫酸(suan)溶液的(de)一種蓄電(dian)池。 放(fang)電(dian)狀(zhuang)態下,正極(ji)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)成分(fen)(fen)為(wei)二氧化(hua)鉛,負(fu)極(ji)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)成分(fen)(fen)為(wei)鉛;充電(dian)狀(zhuang)態下,振動平臺正負(fu)極(ji)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)成分(fen)(fen)均為(wei)硫酸(suan)鉛。分(fen)(fen)為(wei)排氣式蓄電(dian)池和免維護鉛酸(suan)電(dian)池。
用于廢鉛酸蓄電池改造時電石渣過(guo)濾(lv)的(de)震動(dong)篩(shai)可(ke)(ke)采用316L不(bu)銹鋼或者304不(bu)銹鋼材質。鉛酸廢電池過(guo)濾(lv)振動(dong)篩(shai)外形(xing)結構及尺(chi)寸:體(ti)積小,可(ke)(ke)連續作業,出料口位置可(ke)(ke)360度調節,物料可(ke)(ke)自動(dong)排出。
